NEW CONVENTION CENTER

The construccion of the Convention Center in Mazatlan has just begun. The investement is going to be 500 millions of pesos, we will see this dream come true in 18 months.

The construccion of this Convention Center is an effort between the government of Sinaloa State and the 27-FIGLOSNTE- they are the teachers in our state.

The government cooperates with a lot of 10 hectare and 20 millon of pesos, and the 27-FIGLOSNTE- contribute with 500 millons of pesos for the construction, the city hall is helping  exempting the taxes, is also important the participation of the federal government in in his contribution with some money.

The Convention Center is going to strengthen the position of Mazatlan as a tourist city, cause this is going to introduce us to participate in the market of tourism bussiness.

This segment has the biggest growth on an international level and it is a big competition for other places, the most important enclosures in the country are lookinf to be the venue of their events, the investors knows this and bet for a first category development.

The Convention Center it is constructed in the New Mazatlan zone in the Marina Mazatlan development and is going to count with a surface of 34,645 m2, with a reserve of 15 260m2 for expansion.

It has a capacity of 4 500 people and it has green spaces of 29 024m2.

The parking is going to be of 3 level for 465 cars y 27 buses.
